Avara's 16th Birthday Shoot

Oh how wonderful to be 16, the exuberance of youth! We received a last minute request to do a photo shoot from Sandy, Avara's Mom, but we jumped at the chance to share in this special moment. A 16th birthday is special to every young lady and it was our privilege to be asked to capture this special moment in Avara's life. It was a beautiful, sunny, hot Spring afternoon in Tongaat, near Durban. Covid-19 had ruined most plans this year, but not that afternoon, when family and friends came together at last to celebrate Avara's special milestone birthday. We had an absolute blast taking photos of Avara, her friends and family and it was a great pleasure to meeting them all.
